Product Description

     This machine is an efficient continuous shot blasting machine for continuous feeding. Firstly, the steel bar is straightened into a single steel bar by the motor. After being straightened by the straightening machine, it is sent to the shot blasting area in the shot blasting room. Special bundled shot blasting blades are used to generate a stream of bundled shots, causing the upper, lower, left, and right surfaces of the steel bar wire to be hit and rubbed by strong and dense shots, removing the oxide skin, rust layer, and dirt on its surface, The surface of the wire achieves a smooth surface with a certain roughness. The steel wire can travel at a speed of 80m/min. The pellets are transported by the recycling screw to the pellet circulation system. During the cleaning process, the mixture of scattered shot dust is collected in the lower part of the elevator through the chamber funnel and horizontal screw conveyor, and then lifted into the separator at the upper part of the machine. The separated pure shot falls into the separator hopper for shot blasting circulation. Dust generated during shot blasting is sent to the dust removal system through an exhaust duct, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere. Granular dust is captured and collected.
