Using high-pressure compressed air to perform pulse cleaning on filter bags, the cleaning time and interval are controlled by a pulse controller. The working principle of the ash cleaning system is: controlled by a pulse control instrument set on the dust collector, the dust collector is regularly cleaned, that is, the pulse time and pulse interval of the pulse valve are set to clean the filter bag. The action of the Electromagnetic pulse valve is controlled by the pulse controller.
The dust collector adopts a structure of upper inlet air, lower outlet air, and external filter. This ensures that the settling direction of the dust is consistent with the direction of the airflow, which is beneficial for dust settling and avoids secondary dust raising, thus improving the dust removal efficiency.
The vacuum hood collects the generated smoke and dust, which enters the dust collector through the dust removal pipeline for dust removal treatment.
The FD series pulse bag filter has the performance of small footprint, high cleaning efficiency, and easy maintenance. The structural type of the dust collector is shown in the figure. The dust removal bag is square and arranged in a matrix form within the steel structure shell of the dust collector. Dusty gas enters from the top of the dust collector, passes through bag filtration, and clean gas is discharged from the bottom of the dust collector. The cloth bag can be easily pulled out or replaced by maintenance personnel on the side of the dust collector maintenance platform. Our company's FD series dust collectors have achieved modular production, and can be assembled and produced according to different air volumes and filtration areas.
The working principle of FD series dust collectors is sedimentation and external filtration. After the dust containing gas is filtered, the dust particles are blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag, while the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere from the inside of the filter bag under the action of a fan. When blowing back, the settling mode of the dust is consistent with the direction of the airflow, avoiding the phenomenon of raising dust in the dust collector. The filtration efficiency of this dust collector can reach 99.9%, and the emission concentration of the dust collector is less than 10mg/m3.
An explosion venting device is installed on the housing of the filter, and a one-way explosion-proof device is installed on the air inlet pipe of the filter. If an explosion occurs in an extreme state, the explosion release device can quickly vent out of the chamber due to explosion At the same time, the one-way explosion-proof valve of the air inlet pipe prevents the high-pressure gas from spreading into other equipment to prevent the explosion of other equipment.
