The Steel wire coil shot blasting machine is a type of environmentally friendly wire rust removal form without acid pickling, which combines the advantages of no acid pickling, environmental protection, energy conservation, high efficiency, and convenient use. It is a specialized equipment.
This model is suitable for mechanical removal of oxide layer and surface oxide layer in wire coil, as well as for round steel, hexagonal steel, and square steel. The coil is placed on two rotating arms. One is to be processed inside the shot blasting chamber, and the other is to be used outside the shot blasting chamber to unload the processed disc and load the disc with oxide skin to be processed. The swivel arm is electric and mounted on a revolving door. The revolving door rotates the treated coil out and transfers the untreated coil with oxide scale into the shot blasting chamber. Automate the entire work cycle. The operator only needs to remove the processed coil from the rotating arm and then place the next coil to be processed on the rotating arm. The treatment result of this type of machine is a thorough cleaning of the surface. We guarantee that the metal surface is completely cleaned of oxide and dust in accordance with the standards of the American Standards Association Asa 2.0 to 2.5.
