A small rotary table type shot blasting machine has been successfully developed. This rotary table type shot blasting machine has a compact structure and reasonable layout, and is suitable for blasting various steel structural parts, aluminum alloy parts, and other materials that are prone to collision and deformation. Th main features are as follows:
1. After dynamic simulation design, the blastwheel bracket is arranged in a reasonable position, and the parts can be shot blasted from the top and bottom simultaneously in a shot blasting cycle.
During shot blasting, workers need to load/unload/flip large and heavy components on the workbench, which may cause more damage and accidents during machine operation. Therefore, by properly arranging the blastwheel, it is ensured that the parts can be shot blasted from the top and bottom simultaneously, resulting in fewer actions and higher safety for workers.
2. Reliable, sturdy, well sealed, and easily rotatable doors ensure the reliability of the entire equipment, with good sealing; Workers can easily open and close the gate.
Lock/unlock the hinged door with both magnetic sensor to detect whether the door is fully closed; The signal must be sent by both magnetic sensors at the same time, otherwise the shot blaster cannot be opened. See the figure bel
  • The locking/unlocking of the hinged door is achieved with a pneumatic cylinder, and a magnetic sensois installed on the cylinder to ensure that the hinged door is fully locked.A magnetic block is installed on each of the two gates to form a complete magnetic sensor. When a signal is sent, the gate has been completely closed.
3. Internal guard board of blasting chamber
The interior of the blasting chamber adopts Mn13 protective plates; During the shot blasting process, the steel shot ejected at high speed collides with the surface of the Mn13 guard plate, causing the temperature on the surface of the guard plate to rise, forming a hardened layer, becoming more wear-resistant and having a longer service life.
At the same time, the guard board in the blasting chamber is cut into blocks to facilitate replacement and maintenance.
4. The blastwheel cover is equipped with a magnetic detector; Used to control the closure of the shot blaster cover. If the sensor does not detect that the cover is closed, the shot blaster cannot be opened, and no steel shot will be emitted, causing a safety accident. See the figure below
5. The separator silo is equipped with a level gauge; Used to detect the minimum value of steel shot, it has high sensitivity and can detect the minimum value of steel shot to achieve good and constant operation of the equipment. If the steel shot falls below the minimum value, the touch screen display will send a signal. See the figure below
6. The turntable transmission device and elevator are equipped with a safety system. Proximity sensors control the rotation of the turntable and hoist; The metal pinion is used for rotation detection. When the turntable and elevator are stuck or blocked, the proximity sensor sends a signal, and the motors of the turntable and elevator automatically stop to prevent the motors of the turntable and elevator from burning out. At the same time, the rotary device of the turntable is equipped with a friction clutch, which can adjust the magnitude of the friction force; When the turntable encounters resistance and gets stuck, the friction clutch will automatically disengage to prevent the turntable motor from burning out.
The rotary table motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can adjust the rotational speed of the rotary table and improve the rust removal effect; At the same time, the frequency converter protects the motor from being burnt out.
If the rotary table stops rotating and the PLC detects that the workbench is not moving, the shot blasting machine will automatically stop shot blasting. See the figure below
